If you own a work by T'ang Haywen and wish to obtain a printed certificate or seek authentication or consultation services, please follow the steps below carefully:
Step 1: Open a File for Your Artwork

Download and complete the Application Form for File Opening.

Submit the form along with all the required information, images, proof of payment and a copy of your ID (e.g., passport or national ID card).

If the Archives determines the work to be authentic, it will be assigned a catalogue number and included in the catalogue raisonné of T'ang Haywen's oeuvre.
Step 2: Apply for a Certificate of Authenticity

For those who wish to obtain a printed certificate in addition to the catalogue number, you may complete the Application Form for a Certificate of Authenticity.
